Torrential rains, flashed floods and high winds wreaked havoc on Highland Square’s Panhandling/Mugging industry this weekend. Inside sources reported significantly low gains compared to past years on what is usually an important early summer weekend. The HS-20 stock index showed little change despite this poor showing, probably because the majority of panhandled/mugged moneys go unreported, but West Market’s BAHO convenience store did note a small decrease in 40oz/Cheeto sales.
